Right in the heart of Poldark country on the edge of Bodmin Moor, this is a working farm surrounded by acres of ancient woodland and open moorland. There are horses, Highland cattle and sheep. The farm is currently being re-wilded to make the environment even more enchanting. Walks through the woods, across Bodmin Moor and along many footpaths are all close by.

Half an hour's drive from both north and south coasts, spectacular Cornish beaches, fishing villages and many famous gardens, including the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the astonishing Eden Project are easily reached.

The Old Deer House is an exciting contemporary building with glorious views over the countryside. There are two attractive double bedrooms for bed and breakfast guests.  One has a Four Poster double bed and the other double can be made into a twin.  Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with both shower and bath.
